Mario 12D is one herd sire that has done an awesome job in our program. At 8 years old, his feet are as perfect as ever. He has tremendous muscling. His calves are born light and go on to weigh like lead. His daughters are feminine and fully functional. His sons have performed admirably in many commercial herds over the years. His sire was in our program until the ripe old age of 11 and his dam produced a calf every year until age 17. She produced Mario at 12 years of age and put 3.01 lbs per day on him till weaning. Both parents of Mario had perfect feet, backs, and temperament till the day they died.
